Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipping addresses within the USA, APOs, FPO, and US territories are considered domestic.
Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying orders. The following qualify for free domestic orders:
- Orders sub-totaling $49+
Small domestic orders are shipped via First Class and Priority US Postal Services and large domestic orders are shipped either by US Postal Services or UPS.
Tracking codes are issued for every domestic shipment. You should receive an email with your tracking code at the time your shipping label is issued. If you do not receive an email within 2-5 days of placing your order, please check your trash and spam folders. If you are unable to locate the tracking code, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Any packages with tracking codes marked "delivered" but not received needs to be taken up with the shipping carrier. Merchandise will not be replaced for tracking codes showing delivered to the provided shipping address and a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. If you have had problems receiving goods in the past, it is suggested you request "signature confirmation" or a shipping method other than the USPS.
Shipping Timeline
We are a small family-owned and operated company therefore, we do not have employees or help there is only one, sometimes two, of us filling orders and shipping. We cannot be held to the same timelines as Amazon.
We do our best to maintain a good reputation of shipping quickly, but cannot always do this due to order volume, illness, family life, holidays, or other situations. Please understand that we are doing our best to get your orders out in a timely manner. If your order is time-sensitive, please feel free to reach out to us and let us know. We will do our best to get your order to you on time.
NOTICE: Black Friday orders may take up to 4-weeks to ship and are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Any shipping address outside the USA, APOs, FPO, and US territories is considered international.
Tracking codes for international orders may or may not track outside of the USA. Packages are sometimes held up in customs and take longer to arrive. We suggest you allow 4-8 weeks for international orders to arrive.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Certain items may require additional handling fees.
International orders over $99.99 will be shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
We are not responsible for any potential customs, duties, or importation taxes or fees incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs, duty, or importation taxes or fees and to know their country's importation policies.
International sales are final and returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned packages due to the recipient refusing their package.
We will not mark packages as "gift" or declare a lesser value than the merchandise being shipped.
