GENERAL POLICIES

Free shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders. For information on qualifying orders.

Currency is in US dollars, only.

Merchandise shipped to Colorado and Texas are subjected to sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to both merchandise and shipping for the state of Texas, and will be applied to merchandise only for the state of Colorado. The following rates will be charged at check-out:

Colorado: 2.9% sales tax
Texas: 8.25% sales tax

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30-days from purchase date, only on domestic orders, for qualifying merchandise. Returns and exchanges are not offered for purchases shipped outside of the United States.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned international packages due to the recipient refusing their package.

We accept PayPal and all major credit card via secure check-out.

Fabric lengths and widths cary by fabric type and cut type. Sizing details are listed in the descriptions.

All items listed on KimmySnabric.com™ are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you if we are unable to fil your order.

Every computer monitor is calibrated differently. Slight variations in color tone and saturation will occur due to variations in monitor settings and may not represent the actual product color. Contact us prior to placing an order if you have questions regarding product color or wish to purchase fabric swatches and samples not already listed on the website.

 


 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are only available for domestic orders.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Returns and exchanges may be available for qualifying KimmySnabric.com™ retail merchandise only, with proof of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your qualifying merchandise within 30-days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are not refundable, except on orders we shipped incorrectly.

If a domestic customer elects to exchange an item(s), you must return the items in new condition, with original packaging, to us at your cost and Kimmy Snabric™ will pay the postage to ship replacement (this free exchange shipping is limited to a one time exchange only).

To qualify for returns and exchanges, merchandise must be returned in the same condition they were received. The following acts disqualify merchandise for returns and exchanges: cut after received, washed, used, sold or given to another person, damaged in anyway after receipt. All merchandise will be inspected upon return to make sure they match "the returnable product" criteria.

Please note that our discount coupons and promotions do not apply to exchanged items.

The following items are not available for returns and exchanges: discounted, seconds, holiday/seasonal, discountinued, free items, gifts, gift certificates, Facebook groups sales, wholesale, or drop shipping. NOTE: We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds.

We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their pacakge upon delivery to ensure all merchandise is received. Any missing items need to be reported within 7-days of receipt. Please contact us with your order number and missing item(s) immediately.

Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 days from the item(s) being returned. All refunds are issued back to their original method of payment.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Shipping addresses within the USA, APOs, FPO, and US territories are considered domestic.

Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying orders. The following qualify for free domestic orders:

  1. Orders containing only KAM products (snaps, pliers, presses, color cards, awls, etc) qualify for free domestic shipping at $47 in merchandise and over.
  2. Orders of $100 in merchandise and over.

Small domestic orders are shipping via First Class and Priority US Postal Services and large domestic orders are shipped either by US Postal Services or UPS. 

Tracking codes are issued for every domestic shipment. You should receive an email with your tracking dode at the time your shipping label is issued. If you do not receive an email within 1-3 days of placing your order, please check your trash and spam folders. If you are unable to locate the tracking code, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Any packages with tracking codes marked "delivered" but not received needs to be taken up with the shipping carrier. Merchandise will not be replaced for tracking codes showing delivered to the provided shipping address and a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. If you have had problems receiving goods in the past, it is suggested  you request "signature confirmation" or a shipping method other than the USPS.

We are known for our quick shipments and strive to maintain that good reputation. Almost all orders are shipped the same or next business day. Occasionally, orders take a little longer to ship due to order volume and holidays. Orders placed after 4pm CST on Friday may not be processed until Monday.

Monday to Thursday - 9:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST

Friday - 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Any shipping address outside the USA, APOs, FPO, and US territories is considered international.

Tracking codes for international orders may or may not track outside of the USA. Packages are sometimes held up in customs and take longer to arrive. We suggest you allow 4-6 weeks for international orders to arrive.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Certain items may require additional handling fees.

International orders over $99.99 will be shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for any potential customs, duties, or importantion taxes or fees incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs, duty, or importation taxes or fees and to know their country's importation policies.

International sales are final and returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned packages due to the recipient refusing their package.

We will not mark packages as "gift" or declare a lesser value than the merchandise being shipped.

 


 

PRIVACY POLICY

All customer information is kept confidential. Any information shared directly with Kimmy Snabric™ and KimmySnabric.com™ for account set-up, newsletters, and collected automatically by our site will not be shared with 3rd parties.

 


 

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are in stock and ready to ship, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. In the rare instance that stock is limited, we may be unable to ship the requested amount. Please know we will do our best to fulfill your complete order request. If stock is unavailable after you purchase, we will contact you about receiving a lesser quantity or a full item refund.

We strive to have all orders shiped within 1-2 business days but occasionally they can take up to 3 business days, depending on order demand. Orders containing fabric cuts may take on the higher end of our processing time. All ordres are shipped directly from the Kimmy Snabric™ processing center. If you need your order rushed, we suggest contacting us prior to placing your order.

Fabric and KAM products may, and probably will, ship separately.

All images and content on this website, and any other site owned and/or operated by Kimmy Snabric­™ or on behalf of, are the Intellectual Property of Kimmy Snabric™, or the copyright holder has given Kimmy Snabric™ the permission to use their property. No pictures, images, or content may be used to reproduce for marketing, distribution, or profit.

Trademarked names such as Snabric™ and Artist Cuts™ have been built up to reflect a quality service and/or product. To protect the integrity of our business and brand names, we kindly ask others to respect our intellectual property.

 


 

USING COPYRIGHTS and TRADEMARKS

If you protect the integrity of our business name and brands, the use of trademarked names is permitted without permission when referring to a product you have purchased from us or when reselling a product purchased from us. Please use the appropriate ™ or ® symbol when using trademarked names.

Written permission must be given, either by email or letter, to use copyright material such as, but not limited to, pictures, images, videos, and content for the purpose of marketing or profit. Permission for 3rd party copyright material connot be given by us and that copyright holder will need to be contacted prior to use.

Products, such as snaps and fabric, containing a copyright design may be purchased for personal use only. These items may not be used for manufacturing purposes.
